atlas international Film GmbH

Licensing is an important part of EVA’s strategy. Consequently, the business base was broadened with the acquisition of 50,96% of atlas international Film GmbH in 2007.

atlas acquires and licenses filmed entertainment rights all over the world, across all media environments: home entertainment, mobile entertainment and public entertainment. With its subsidiary atlas, EVA has a strong in-house force for international licensing.

DUO Entertainment Vertriebs GmbH

Similar to atlas international Film GmbH’s business activities, DUO Entertainment Vertriebs GmbH acts as an international licensing and distribution company with more than 20 high quality film and TV rights, including the movie highlight CRASH, produced by a company from the EvaApollo-Group. In addition to licensing rights for Producers, DUO also acquires them for its own account.

EvaApollo Media GmbH

One of EVA's most important strategic objectives is the organic expansion of its national and international production operations. With the acquisition of 74,90 % of EvaApollo Media GmbH in December 2006, EVA has gained access to one of Germany’s most prestigious collections of production knowhow, derived from close to 100 international (co-) productions for fiction, documentary, animation and music in partnership with major studios and leading independents from all over the world.

The production portfolio of EvaApollo includes film- and television highlights like the Academy Award winning motion picture CRASH, the Academy Award nominated WHALE RIDER and the Golden Globe winning miniseries ELVIS.
